Jo Ann was wonderful and if I need an agent in the future there is no one else that I will use. She was great in everyday! It took us while to find something that we wanted and even after we put in our offer but wasn't sure she supported us in every way and made us feel very comfortable. I don't think there is anything more she could have done for us.
