Welcome to 3000 The Plaza. The residents are greeted by well-trained staff to assist with package pick-up, food delivery, and authorizing access to resident guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon entering unit 3072 on the 7th floor there is a warm welcome in the foyer before walking into the kitchen, which boasts new appliances. The full guest bathroom has a bright vanity mirror for that last minute check before catching an uber to dinner. For house chores, the brand new Samsung washer and dryer can handle anything from a lace undergarment to a heavy duty blanket including a full steam feature on the dryer. Meals are a breeze with all Viking appliances to store the food, cook, and clean the dishes. The den can be either a formal living area, a child's room, an office, or a recreational hang out spot. The living room feels so cozy with an electric fireplace and can feel extended as an indoor/outdoor space since the patio can fit an outdoor sectional, chairs, and tables. The bedroom has plenty of closet space. a full walk-in closet is paired with a coat closet, which can fit shoes, purses, and scarves.
